'People's prince' charms crowds
Prince William's trip to New Zealand and Australia has cemented his image
as the 'people's prince'. Prince William eschewed formal dress, instead wearing
cords or chinos with an open-necked shirt on all of his visits in the countries.
Prince William was un-phased by the adoration he received, embracing it quite
literally on some occasions. Prince William ingratiated himself with all he met,
taking time to shake hands, accept gifts and even hug some lucky well-wishers.
