Elton John is planning to host the ultimate Come Dine With Me event to celebrate the royal wedding – with Prince William and Kate Middleton as guests of honour.
The soirée, at the beginning of April, will allow Prince William and Kate Middleton to meet Elton and David’s baby son Zachary for the first time. Elton, who was close to William’s mum Diana, revealed last month he had received a coveted invite to Westminster Abbey on April 29. He said: “I’ve been trying to be discreet, yeah, we do have an invitation.”
He has wanted to invite Prince William and Kate Middleton for dinner for a while now to thank them for his wedding invitation.
