Organic Sensation

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Square One Vodka
- 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liquor
- 1/2 oz Spa Nectar*
- Juice of one half lemon
- 4 - 5 leaves of fresh mint cut into thin strips
- Cucumber slice

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add a few cucumber slices from the spa nectar. Shake for one minute. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice or lemon twist. To make Spa Nector, place 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced thinly, 1 1/4 c. Madhava Organic Agave Nectar (or substitute simple syrup), 1 tsp fresh minced ginger in a glass jar. Stir the mixture to combine. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator to allow flavors to marry before use. Store in refrigerator when not used. {Source: Cocktail Times}
